Key Account Co-Ordinator, Stafford,

The
Customer Order and Schedule Management
The role encompasses several critical responsibilities:

1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
   • As the
     Single point of contact
     For key accounts, you'll build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Your goal is to understand their needs, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
2. KPI Ownership and Management:
   • You'll be responsible for tracking and managing
     Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
     Related to order fulfilment, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. These metrics guide decision-making and performance evaluation.
3. Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Input:
   • Collaborating with various departments (Production, Demand Planning, and ASM), you'll contribute to the S&OP process. This involves aligning sales forecasts with production capabilities and inventory levels.
4. Active Participation in Cost-Saving Projects:
   • Working alongside other teams, you'll identify opportunities to reduce costs. Examples include optimising freight logistics and consolidating orders to minimise expenses.
5. Chargebacks and Fines Management:
   • Weekly, you'll verify, process, and challenge any chargebacks or fines related to customer orders. Accuracy and attention to detail are crucial.
6. Forecasting Performance Tracking:
   • You'll compare actual customer orders to the forecasted demand over a given period. This helps identify discrepancies and informs adjustments.
7. Transportation Optimization Support:
   • Ensuring that weekly shipments are
     optimised
     To the highest efficiency level is essential. This involves coordinating logistics, minimising transit times, and maximising resource utilisation.
