As the Clinical Services Manager in Theatres, you'll be responsible for:

  • Strategically planning the clinical services and managing the day-to-day operations of the Theatre departments.
  • Providing clear direction and leadership to all clinical staff.
  • Supporting the hospital's initiatives.
  • Working under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.
  • Deploying, supervising, and teaching staff within the clinical area.
The ideal candidate for the Clinical Services Manager in Theatres role should have:

  • Evidence of relevant professional development, both clinically and managerially.
  • Preferably a Registered Nurse Level 1 / Diploma / BSc in Nursing Studies.
  • An understanding of Clinical Governance requirements for the area.
  • Up-to-date knowledge in the area of practice.
  • Awareness of the NMC Code of Accountability.
  • Registered Practitioner with NMC or HCPC registration.
  • Experience in acute nursing care.
