We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Receptionist to join our team based at our Irlam branch. Supporting our busy team, the purpose of this role is to provide an efficient and effective administration support service for the branch. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

* Receiving and handling incoming queries via email and telephone

* Signing in visitors and supplying them with a visitor badge

* Scanning and electronic filing of relevant documents

* Keeping Reception area tidy

* Organising incoming and outgoing post

* Arranging catering for meetings

* Arranging couriers

* Keeping stationary stock up to date

* Booking travel

* Creating and issuing badges for new starters

The suitable candidate for this role will have excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to work to deadlines, and excellent attention to detail. Previous experience in a fast-paced administration role is essential.
