Job Description:

Overview:Interv_l is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee solar installation projects on a contract basis. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely completion of solar projects, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of solar installation projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate and manage on-site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and the project management team to provide updates and address any issues or concerns.
  • Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, including site activity logs and safety records.
  • Resolve any on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction or renewable energy industry, with a focus on solar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • Proficient in using project management software and tools.
  • Relevant certifications in site management, construction, or renewable energy are highly desirable.

Requirements:

  • Flexibility to travel to various project sites across the UK.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
