Our client is seeking Service Spares Coordinator. The role is customer focused, handling customer enquiries, preparing proposals, managing opportunities & handling order entry.
Role based, Stonehouse, Glos, GL10
The Service Spares Coordinator position will include: -
Preparing, submitting and following up quotations to customers.
Recording opportunities and updating systems.
Managing the sales funnel to support business
Liaising with the Sales Teams for product codes and pricing as required.
Checking Customer PO's i.e prices, shipping terms, payment terms etc.
Dealing with customer queries relating to delivery of orders, tracking, documentation, expediting and general enquiries.
Placing purchase orders/ Invoicing customers.
Handling customer order disputes to resolution
Assist with management of spares inventory to include restocking as required
Any other tasks associated with this role.
The Service Spares Coordinator will be able to prioritise tasks, be organised & be a good team player.
Excellent Customer Service skills required, able to liaise with UK Product & Factory specialist
Good working knowledge of MS Office
(ERP systems, CRM tools desirable)
