Office Executive

Location: London, Full Time Office

Manager: Director of People and Talent

Job Purpose

This role will be primarily responsible for supporting with the everyday running of our London HQ, ensuring a safe, productive, and enjoyable place of work for colleagues at all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

Establishing general office procedures and streamlined processes

Creating and managing office / facilities purchase requisitions and orders

Ensuring all office related invoices are promptly processed for approval and payment

General housekeeping and maintenance of a high level of visual appearance in the office

Continually maintaining a high level of cleanliness and ensuring all office spaces are fully stocked, and meeting rooms cleared after use

Arranging meetings and manage the booking of meeting rooms as required

Sorting and distributing all incoming mail and packages

Assisting with and owning, where appropriate, any internal and external events taking place in the office

Maintaining stock levels and ordering all office consumables from food and drink to stationery and printing supplies

Ownership and management of relationships with external service providers of services to include cleaning, office supplies and consumables, equipment, and catering

Management of the daily relationship with building management

Managing the colleague database of equipment / keys / fobs etc.


To be successful in this role you will need to possess the following knowledge, experience, and skills:

2-3 years of administrative position experience and / or front of house role

Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) - minimum intermediate level


Naturally Organised, hardworking, methodical, punctual, reliable, and flexible

Enjoys taking ownership of processes always looking for ways to improve

Personable and professional with the ability to build professional relationships with a variety of staff of all levels

Willing to take direction from multiple stakeholders internally as well as providing highest levels of customer service to colleagues

Approachable, calm and able to prioritise multiple priorities
