Cambridgeshire (partially remote)
12- month contract

Operations Senior Manager
A great new opportunity working for world leading pharmaceutical organisation which has enormous capabilities in the development of therapeutics. The ideal candidate will relish the opportunity to lead the operational delivery of collaborative public/private partnership projects across the Innovative Medicines Initiative, Innovative Health initiative and other PPP projects.
Are you an Operations or Senior Operations Manager interested in taking on a challenging yet fulfilling role? In this position you will hold a crucial position that facilitates the progression of concepts to patient healthcare breakthroughs.


Provide operational reporting leadership, coordination and guidance to colleagues as well as industry/public partners for PPP projects processes and procedures, as well as responsibility for ensuring appropriate completion of audit requirements
Identify, develop and implement process improvements
Deliver effective coordination between Research, Development, Medical, Commercial and Manufacturing clients, partner lines and external public and industry parties including EFPIA and IMI
Strong business acumen including analysis and liaising with key internal and external players
Required Experience/qualifications

Life Science degree background (BSc, MSc or PhD)
5+ years' experience in a healthcare / research / clinical environment
Expertise at engaging and leading matrixed teams
Track record of project or operational management of external alliances
