Title: Associate Recruitment Consultant

Starting Salary: 24,000 - 25,000+ commission

Bonus: Uncapped commission (10-40% of everything you invoice)

Location: Bristol, City Centre

The Role:

• Identifying leads
• Cold calling, buisiness development, bringing in potential clients
• Sales and building your client base
• Relationship building
• Interviewing
• Providing an unbeatable service for both clients and candidates

The Person:

• Energetic & passionate about getting into a career in recruitment
• Any previous experience working within sales (beneficial but not essential)
• Be able to show examples of being a high achiever and succeeding in personal life, sport, education, work, or others!
