The school is seeking an experienced teacher who can work with the school to raise the pupils attainment in KS2. Someone with a strong English or Maths background would be of particular interest.
You will be required to plan for the year 4 class, however as a 2 form entry school there is the opportunity to co-plan and many plans will be left by the teacher going on maternity leave. Some adaption will be required. The Leadership team are also very supportive and you will have a Deputy on hand to assist.
The school is based in Hatfield and has very easy access to the M1 and M25 with a large school car park. Alternatively a 30 minute walk from the main train station and also directly opposite a bus stop with excellent bus links.
This is a fixed term maternity contract starting February 2020 with the salary on offer ranging between £25,543 - £37,152pa.

Hold PGCE with QTS status or equivalent teaching qualification
