The Front Desk Advisor is;
a central part of the customer service team
ensuring that customers are referred to the correct department so queries, questions and challenges are resolved as effectively as possible.You will love;
speaking to the general public
asking poignant questions to check you understand the purpose of the call helping and assisting customers to get the right point of contact, often these customers will be in a queue system, so its essential they are directed to the correct teams.You will be confident and have a genuine desire to support the customer services team achieve their goal of putting customers first.
This opportunity offers the working hours of 9:30am -6pm - Mon - Fri
Ideal start date will be week commencing 29th July for approximately two months
Pay rate is £9.00 per hour
