Job description

1. Effectively managing thereception: handling the calls, visitors,couriers etc. 2. Arranging timely visa processing forthe employees and selected candidates. 3. Making travelarrangement of the employees. 4. Managing the companydrivers and cabs. 5. Responsible for the meeting roombooking in the branch. 6. Taking care of officemeals. 7. Building up a relationship with admin vendorsfor services like hotel booking, flight ticketsetc. 9. Handle all kinds of routine administrationprocesses like office management and maintenance; support the otherdepartments whenever related issues are faced; co-ordinate withexternal vendors, Head Office, and regional team.Skills and proficiency required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite CustomerService and Customer Focus Overachieving Attitude Verbal and Written Communication Professionalattitude and appearance Adaptable ProblemSolving Skills Accuracy and Attention to Detail Telephone Skills Handle PressureNationality would be a criteria for shortlisting.
