Executive Administrator/Administrator - £16,000-£24,500 DOE - Botley, Oxford
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Executive Administrator to join our busy and dynamic team based at our offices in Botley. Working as a vital team member, you will be responsible for the general administration of the office, as well as telephone and email support, certification validation, assisting with travel arrangements and the production of customer reports. This is an exciting opportunity for a young administrator to develop their career with us.
The key responsibilities of an Executive Administrator include, but are not limited to:
Maintaining a clean and organised office at all times
Providing telephone and email support and directing all inbound and outbound correspondence to the intended recipient(s)
Validating any certificates, assisting with travel arrangements and producing customer reports
Any ad-hoc inputting of data as necessary
Any other duties as reasonably required of you

Excellent interpersonal skills and confident in verbal and oral communication with people at all levels, and from all backgrounds
Good Microsoft Office skills in Word and Excel essential
Dedicated to developing their skills in ICT, administration and data
