Are you looking for some temporary Summer work starting on 20th August, working up to 28th August? No evenings, weekends or Bank Holidays. Hours are 8.30am to 5.00pm, paying £8.50 per hour. Have you got face to face customer service experience and strong data entry skills? This opportunity would suit someone who has a strong administration background, who also has great customer service experience and outstanding people skills. This job is a short term opportunity to cover an event for up to 1,000 students who are registering for their future studies. You will be meeting and greeting students who are registering and enrolling within this college. Helping with directions, information and form filling, you will be the friendly face of the college for all students registering for next term.

I am looking for 4 people to come and work for us on behalf of one of our clients. To be successful for this role, you will need to be available for all of the above dates. You will need to be able to evidence all of the relevant skill and experience and will need to pass a DBS check. Please read on for more information about this different, and exciting opportunity.
*Meeting and greeting students
*Taking documents and handing out paperwork to be completed
*Checking information on the paperwork and inputting into a database
*Answering queries relating to enrolment
*Directing students where to go within the college
The experience, skills and personal attributes required to be successful in this job are;

*Previous experience of processing paperwork or applications
*Good administration and IT skills
*Ability to remain clam when working in a manic environment

You will then be required to complete a DBS application and provide 2 years of UK based references. This will mean that you will need to provide us with certain documents to prove your ID, eligibility, proof of NI number and proof of address. If the DBS is successful, you will need to attend an interview with Randstad and our client, giving you the opportunity to tell us why you are the ideal candidate for this job. The start date for your training is 20th August. You will need to be available up to 28th August and should not have any dates during this time where you are unavailable to work.
