The Director, Operations & Customer Service is a key managerial position at OM4. Service and teamwork are core values and this position, like all team positions, jumps in to assist front line service providers when necessary, while directing and overseeing wholesale operations. Responsibilities include: providing direction and operational leadership for the OM4 brand, continuously improving operational processes to achieve superior sales and customer support, working as part of the New Product Development and Marketing Teams, inventory management, lab interface management, capital and operational budget development and management, monthly dashboard reporting, eCommerce leadership, overflow support for retail operations. Relocation assistance package. BA/BS in Business, Finance, Logistics, Management, IT or related required, Masters degree preferred. Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, Outlook... required, Customer Relationship Management Systems experience preferred. Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace, in this case English. Speaking Spanish or other second language is an asset. Experience: previous management experience in operations, inventory management, materials management, logistics, finance or information technology required. Excellent communication skills are essential. Must demonstrate experience and success working in a position which requires a high degree of accuracy, detail-orientation, self-organization, multitasking and start-to finish-follow-through!
