CLC is the Licensing division of Learfield IMG College. Responsibilities The Director for CLC is an experienced team leader with exceptional relationship building, presentation, negotiation and time management skills. The position plays a critical role within the Emerging Brands / Partner Services team and reports to the VP, Partner Services. Regular interaction and strategy development with executive management will be required. Manage a team of representatives handling the daily needs of our collegiate partners Participate in and represent the company at industry events Negotiate contracts and partnership renewals Engage with Marketing, Legal, Finance, Administration, and other departments leaders to ensure appropriate service levels for clients Prepare presentation decks and other communication pieces/methods to effectively communicate to clients Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Minimum of 5 years of related experience Experience leading a team to successfully achieve department goals required Experience managing CRM tools and a high volume of clients required Experience working within higher education or collegiate athletics preferred Position requires 20% or more travel
