Deputy Director of Operations Location: London Salary: £65,000 per annum + COMPANY PERKS Work type: Permanent __________________________________________________ DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - LUXURY MICHELIN MULTIFACETED MEMBERS CLUB £65,000 + COMPANY PERKS An enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Director of Operations/Assistant F&B is required to manage a multi-faceted, privately owned, Luxury Members Club with Michelin Restaurant as well as quality, seasonal Rosette Level Brasserie and Bar located in Central London. This venue is renowned for it's reputation for sleek, quality and elegance and needs a Deputy Director of Operations who is hands-on and can deal with the whole venue. As Deputy Director of Operations you must; * HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING WITHIN A RELAIS-CHATEAU/ROSETTE/MICHELIN MEMBERS CLUB. * Have experience as a F&B Management/Deputy Operations Management within a high-quality, renowned multifaceted venue. * Self-motivated, have flair and be creative and comfortable with hands-on management. * Must be fluent in spoken and written English. * Must have a minimum of years experience in a management position. * Entrepreneurial and driven within an independent business. * Passionate and proud for the concept and Restaurants/Hotels/Private Estates and Members Club. * Personable and good with people. * Detail-orientated and be willing to go above and beyond to ensure a consistent level of service. As Deputy Director of Operations you will; * Manage the overall operation in all aspects of training and daily duties. * Read, anticipate and adapt to trends, influence and lead others through sheer hard work and expertise. * Be hands-on and highly organised, lead with charisma, style and panache. * Assist in delivery the vision of the Board Members and Owners through the different outlets of the venue. * Work closely with all department heads to ensure cohesion in the way the business operates. * Take ownership of the multi-faceted venue and the brand and uphold standards. * Run, supervise and delegate the outlets and lead the team to ensure that everyone provides an exceptional service. * Work well as part of a team and also in a very busy environment. * Communicate well with both the customers and the rest of the team is also incredibly important.
