With four 24-hour dedicated shopping channels across SKY, as well as advertising on over 50 digital TV channels in the UK & Ireland including ITV, Channel Four and Five and their products stocked in over 9,000 retail outlets, including Argos, John Lewis, Harrods and all major supermarkets nationwide, their product range is available to buy via all main channels of distribution including TV, online, print, and mobile.

VARIOUS full time shift patterns are available including day, late and nights, which will be discussed at interview.
Full time working hours are 37/week - Monday to Sunday, (including bank/public holidays). You will work a rolling rota that will be provided in advance so that you can still plan social events and life outside work!
Due to continuing expansion, they are looking to recruit permanent Customer Service & Sales Advisors - Inbound, to their team of dedicated professionals.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you would be required to deliver excellent customer service by telephone and email, ensuring that queries are resolved quickly and effectively. You would be dealing with orders, dispatch, delivery and returns and using administration skills to update records. There's even a chance to earn company bonus and increase salary by £25 - £125/month, by meeting your individual KPI's.
As a Sales Advisor, you would be taking inbound calls, roughly 40 - 60/day and be expected to confirm and process 35 - 50 orders daily. You will take full advantage of your conversation with the customer by maximising sales opportunities and upselling on things like next day delivery and their VIP club.
Customer Service Advisors - OTE £18.5K+.
Sales Advisors - OTE £21K+.

The Successful Candidate:
The key to success with our client is a professional yet enthusiastic and energetic attitude!
You will ideally have experience in a similar role, i.e. fast-paced customer service/administration OR inbound/face to face sales environment - use to working and achieving realistic targets and KPI's.
Own transport would be beneficial although the office is based on a public transport route.
