Job Title: Customer Service Rep

Job Location: Shelton, CT

Job Duration: 6 Months


Job Summary:

The Customer Care Specialist will be responsible for helping ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing various service to customer who contact the team via telephone, email or other electronic systems.


Job Responsibilities

  • Response to customer requests via email, telephone, fax or system Process domestic service requests and follow up transactions in a relevant customer service system (CRM/ECC)
  • Open calls with clear professional greeting/summarize call for customer when closing/sets proper expectations for the response
  • technical needs and ensure that all calls are routed to the proper inside/outside service engineer for resolution Schedule domestic Pre-Installation Visits (IPV), Installations and Preventative maintenance visits
  • Utilizes the complaint handling procedure
  • Assist with billing inquiries for service requests
  • General service administration which includes customer equipment records and customer ship to and bill to locations
  • Adhere to ISO standards and requirements
  • Actively participate in the ongoing assessment of customer support process and incorporate approved improvements
  • Provide support to internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to identify cause of customer issues and pursue resolution with a sense of urgency and commitment to customers




Education and Experience:

  • Customer service in a team-based environment desired
  • Computer: Microsoft Office, IE, MS Outlook and other software applications as needed
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Effectively communicate information in both written and verbal form to internal and external customers
