Job description

Our client, located in Montoursville, PA, is growing and adding Team Members to its Customer Service Department!!

Primary Job Duties:

  • Process payments and field payment questions from customers
  • Relay device code information to customers
  • Communicate pay-off quotes to customers
  • Perform timely account updates to the system
  • Process return mail and scan into document management system
  • Understand and communicate limited warranty information and holds on customer accounts
  • Perform Welcome Calls to new customers
  • Maintain customer service department goals as set forth on the scorecard
  • Maintain regulatory compliance requirements at all times
  • Meet or exceed all quality standards and performance metrics as established by the company
  • Exceed customer expectations with every interaction
Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years experience in a customer service or call center environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Excellent typing and data entry skills (minimum 30 WPM)
  • Ability to work independently and as a team members
  • Strong analytical skills
Hours: 40 hours per week. Must be able to work between the hours of 8:30 am and 8 pm, Monday - Friday and 9 am to 2 pm on Saturdays. Employees are scheduled on a rotated basis for Friday and Saturday hours.

Pay: $12.00 per hour
