Futures Recruitment Services are delighted to be able to offer some PART TIME Customer Service Executive positions. These roles are to be located with our client based in Farnham.

As the customer service executives you will be the central point of contact for all the Groups businesses, providing excellent and seamless customer service to both internal and external clients. Being part of a team focused on resolving customer queries first time, with the ability to answer questions on the groups range of business outsourcing solutions. By providing exemplary levels of service, you will continue to build the company's reputation for 'CustomerFirst' solutions.

Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service Executive position with included:

To conduct all contact, inbound and outbound, in a manner that ensures consistently excellent customer service and adheres to "customerexcellence" behaviours such as professional, friendly, enthusiastic, attentive, interested and helpful.

Ensure all calls adhere to the groups business & governance processes.

*

To work effectively and efficiently when dealing with client requests, multitasking where possible to complete notes & log any queries.

*

To use initiative to prioritise work based on contact volumes and SLAs in order to ensure all work is completely accurately and in a timely fashion.

*

Being the 'face' of the group and embodying the company's dedication to ensuring positive behaviours at all times.

*

Actively engage with the role, using customer feedback to inform line managers of potential issues and ideas for improvement.

*

Working with recruitment agencies as and when they contact the group regarding the operatives, taking and confirming details accurately and professionally.

Essential Skills for the Customer Service Executive required are:

*

A passion for providing excellent customer service.

*

Excellent conversational skills. Ability to converse easily over the phone and face to face.

*

Experience of working within a high pressure environment, whilst maintaining an extremely high level of customer service.

*

Excellent attention to detail. Ability to confirm information, follow a process consistently and take down accurate notes without error.

*

Enjoy working within a tight knit team with highly motivated and conscientious individuals.

*

We are keen to speak with candidates who have previous experience of working with the construction industry, or with recruitment agencies and a huge benefit if you speak any additional languages!! But not a MUST!

Working hours for the Customer Service Executive position:
10.00am- 2.00pm or 2.00pm- 6.00pm (Monday-Friday)
