Job description

Here at Axiom, we are currently recruiting for a Temporary to Permanent Customer Service Advisor for one of my industrial clients based in Basildon. The role is working 9 - 5.30pm Monday to Friday but there is the option to do 8 - 4.30pm also. The pay rate is £9.36ph and is working within a down to earth and friendly office of approximately 20 staff.

Key Responsibilities:
-Take telephone or email enquiries from our clients, convert to a shipment and book onto our IT -Transport platform to ensure on-time delivery.
-Provide quick and accurate quotes
-Arrange collections and deliveries with clients using e-solutions and internal systems
-Effective communication and collaboration with internal departments to ensure we meet the needs of our client
-Effective resolution of everyday problems or issues as they arise

About You:
-Ability to plan and prioritise your own workload
-Good communication skills and telephone manner
-Committed to providing excellence in customer service
-Experience in a customer services environment
-Attention to detail
-Experience in a Logistics/Freight environment would be highly desirable
