Job description

This is an immediate temp to perm role for the right candidate!

You must have outstanding customer service skills within a contact centre or call handling working environment.

Working for an executive outsourcing financial services provider with core family values that believe in working in partnership to deliver the very best maintaining customer and client satisfaction by opening long term career opportunities with additional training throughout their employment.

Flexible working hours from Monday-Sunday between the hours of 8am-8pm (shift pattern, 40 hours per week)

Starting pay rates £8.56PH + holiday pay

Full Training Provided for a minimum of 5 weeks

Key Responsibilities

* Delivery of excellent customer service with a professional approach

* Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to customer enquiries

* Great communication skills, being able to listen to customers concerns, their needs and record information accurately.

* Building excellent rapport with customers

* Work towards targets and goals at individual and team level
