Customer Service Advisor, Wokingham - Up to £24,500

6 Month FTC

We're looking for an experienced Customer Service professional to join our client in delivering world class customer support to both internal and external customers whilst promoting products and services.

Offering a salary of £24,500, 25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays, plus bonus and pension contributions. The hours are 8:00am - 5:30pm.

Key Responsibilities include:

Manage and process trade orders via SAP
Manage customer order queries and respond in a timely manner
Manage stock returns and paperwork, including processing all credits for returned stock
Administer discounts and price changes
Manage and process sample requests and ensure proactive follow up where appropriate
Obtain and maintain knowledge of the product ranges to be able to advise customers appropriately
Support sales and marketing teams at external events
Develop key relationships with all customers to ensure effective communication This role will utilise your excellent customer service skills, your use of CRM systems and your experience working in a busy and fast paced environment. You will have the ability to set and manage customer expectations and build key relationships.
