Northampton - New offices

Temp to Perm or Contract

37 hours per week

£18-20,000 - plus bonus

Our client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their prestigious organisation in Northampton. This role is not purely on the phone and does involve a varied amount of administration. Full system and product training will be provided

You will be responsible for providing exemplary customer service to both customers and suppliers.

In this Customer Service Administrator role you will be responsible for:

Responding to customer communication from both internal and external customers
Logging and management of queries and responding to them via email, web chat or telephone
Ensuring that all contracts are checked and approved
Ensuring that all compliances are adhered to
Develop strong relationships to effectively resolve queries
Update supplier price updates and promotions
Ensure tenders are sent to suppliers
Continuously working to improve levels of service tailored to individual customers

In order to be successful as a Customer Service Administrator you must have the following:

Experience in a similar customer service role is essential
Problem solving, analytical skills and methodical thinking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player with excellent time management skills and good attention to detail
Good working knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel)
