Overall purpose of role A Customer Care Associate is the company's primary interface with existing and potential customers. The role includes receiving inbound calls and solving and/or educating customers on specific account information, concern and inquiries to make it as easy and as desirable as possible to do business with. Key Accountabilities Receive inbound phone calls and internet chat sessions from customers and service their needs effectively and efficiently.Listen actively and establish rapportQuickly understand and analyse customer needsAdhere to compliance regulations and security policiesConsistently meet performance standards set by department Risk and Control Objective Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards.
