CRM Project Manager

Pharmacy domain or Life Science or Biotech experience is must


• Conduct analysis of sales opportunities and provide key patterns, business Insights to inform sales strategy decisions

• Support field force strategy through outputs of sales analysis and insights generation, national and sub-national reporting, KPI development and tracking/monitoring, call plan development, targeting, alignment and segmentation work, sales force size and structure work, promotion response analysis, etc. and other commercial effectiveness initiatives

• Monitor commercial performance for senior management & executives, including Board of Directors meetings, earnings call, deep dive business review, persistency & compliance, market share and erosion analysis, etc

• Administer incentive compensation plan, ensuring timely exchange of data among business partners, calculating eligibility, reviewing and distributing reports, managing inquiries from sales colleagues, and initiating data investigation and communicating resolution

• Analyze territory realignment requests. Review with management and implement changes through data warehouse and with vendors as needed

• Act as an internal and external liaison on data governance, data stewardship, Commercial Data Warehouse and Master Data Management projects such as technical documentations, business process, data process, and procedures

• Perform quality checks on system data to ensure proper functionality and data accuracy, process results and manage exceptions

• Support data inquiries from users in field

• Collaborate with cross-function teams to track and resolve issues and enhancement requests


• Bachelor's degree in business, science or related field. A master's degree preferred

• Minimum of 3 years working in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial experience

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with the capability to appropriately define issues, questions and data; to comprehend qualitative and quantitative methods to perform accurate analysis

• Experience in sales analytics, commercial data warehouse, master data management, and pharmaceutical CRM systems

• Working knowledge and in-depth understanding of Pharmaceutical data and various data sources to MDM (i.e. IQVIA, Symphony Health, Payer data, formulary data, other claims, and EMR data systems)

• Creative in approach to problem-solving. Work is reviewed for soundness of technical judgment and to determine if overall results and objectives have been achieved.

• Strong computer skills, notably Tableau, Excel and PowerPoint skills and database manipulation

• Ability to consolidate and present key findings to relevant parties
