A very successful Infrastructure Consultancy requires a number of experienced CPO Surveyors to support the delivery of major land and regeneration projects specifically relating to Compulsory Purchase Orders, Transport and Works Act Orders, Development Consent Orders and other statutory instruments for urban regeneration and infrastructure programmes.
Due a variety of recent project and contract awards there are opportunities to help and support clients in the rail, renewables, highways, wind generation and major urban regeneration sectors.
The roles require preferably qualified surveyors, ideally with experience of land assembly and compulsory purchase, although other qualifications and experience with a desire to further your exposure across these sectors. The roles will provide clear compulsory purchase advice to guide acquiring authorities, developers and those affected by compulsory purchase throughout the process. The role frequently involves drawing together and coordinating advice from other teams or specialist advisers appointed by the client.
You will be expected to manage and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and manage the delivery of high profile projects and advisory services.
Undertake and deliver advice in relation to professional surveying, valuation, compensation and property and land matters for clients on large, often complex infrastructure and build programmes.
Preparation of land and property strategies for major projects.
Advise and manage the landlord and tenant interface, land law and estate management matters.
Candidate will preferably be RICS Qualified and a posses a minimum of two to three years post qualification experience, although there are opportunities for all levels, and in a variety of UK offices and project locations.
A proven background and excellent understanding, practical knowledge of the land and property assets market, and the promotion and delivery of major infrastructure and regeneration schemes.
