Corporate Receptionist (German Speaking) Opportunity For An Established Investment Group In The West End!

A leading Investment Group offering a range of investment opportunities in special situations globally.

Your new role
The role will be reporting to the EA to the CEO alongside other support team members in a broad and demanding role. Duties include but are not limited to:

Travel arrangements for the CEO and other management
Working closely with the PAs of the senior management, helping to arrange meetings, conference calls, often on short notice.
Administrative duties, which may include photocopying/scanning/printing
Working as part of the reception team
Answering the phone, screening calls, gate keeping
Preparing and resetting meeting rooms
Welcoming visitors to the office, arranging and offering refreshments, offering a five star service
Keeping reception and office area tidy, reordering and restocking fridges and stationary
Liaising with ground floor reception and security, clients, suppliers the team and other staff effectively and efficiently
What you'll need to succeed
The client is looking to interview candidates with the above experience as well as an equivalent degree level/ secretarial qualification. You must be able to speak fluent German and proficiency in MS Office.
