A highly innovative, successful and agile financial services company is looking for a commercial and strategic Compensation and Benefits Specialist. This is a brand new role in the company where they are looking for someone to own and manage their employee benefits offering, bringing innovative ideas to help engage and motivate existing colleagues and to attract new candidates. You will also be supporting the reward agenda through job evaluation, benchmarking and analysis. This is a great opportunity to join a company who is going through an exciting period of growth.
The role will involve partnering with the Business to support the development of the compensation and benefits strategy, accountabilities include:
*Managing the employee benefits design and offering, ensuring they are in line with current legislation
*Proactively identifying trends in the industry and provide innovative ideas to engage colleagues and attract candidates
*Vendor management; managing performance and identifying risk
*Managing the Wellbeing agenda
*Supporting the reward team on predictive analysis on compensation design
*Job evaluation for new and existing roles
*Providing salary and compensation benchmarking
Skills and Experience
*Previous Compensation and Benefits experience within financial services, professional services or a matrix environment
*You must have experience of both compensation and benefits
*Excellent understanding of trends in employee benefits
*Experience of implementing specialist projects and initiatives
*Excellent reporting, analytical and presentation skills
*Strong team player, highly numerate and analytical
