Do you have a passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service and are looking for a challenge within a company that will use your skills to the best of their ability?
Due to the expansion of an existing team an opportunity has arisen for an individual to be part of a fantastic and interesting company.
You must have substantial experience delivering a high level of customer service, this role will suit someone who's back ground is heavily seeped in roles that have the customer experience at the for front of everything that they do.
Ideally you would have worked in an inbound / outbound capacity for at least 5 years concurrently and be passionate about delivering a top level of service
The role will involve very much B2B client support using an online platform, you will be required to have excellent telephone etiquette, be problem-solving and solutions-focused with good levels of literacy and numeracy.
