My client is a fabulous 4* Hotel nestled in the Cotswolds. They offer a separate bar, brasserie and fine dine restaurant and have a beautifully landscaped and nurtured courtyard garden.
They are now looking for an experienced and passionate Chef De Partie to join the brigade in their kitchen.
The kitchen is a fast paced environment and always busy as it caters for not only the fine dine Restaurant, The Brasserie, The Courtyard Garden, and the Bar, but also around 40 weddings per year and conferences.
The Chef De Partie role would suit an individual with previous experience cooking with fresh seasonal produce and meat and should be confident and able to demonstrate both good cooking and knife skills.
The Chef De Partie should also:

* Have excellent communication skills
* Be able to juggle multiple tasks
* Have great attention to detail
* Be able to work calmly under pressure
* Have a willingness and desire to learn and progress
The Chef De Partie will be given full training on all sections and have the opportunity to move around the kitchen.
