Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Ottawa, Canada (Hybrid Onsite Role)

Clearance: Valid Secret Security Clearance Required

Job Description:

Procom is seeking skilled ServiceNow Architect, to support our client's Secret classified network. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for developing technical architecture, frameworks, and strategies to deliver integrated enterprise application solutions that meet business and service requirements. You will also play a key role in designing and guiding necessary integrations between new and existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop technical architecture, frameworks, and strategies for integrated enterprise applications solutions.
Design and guide necessary integrations between new and existing systems.
Analyze existing capabilities within various enterprise application solutions and recommend areas for improvement and integration.
Evaluate upgrades and new releases, and make recommendations on viability.
Perform impact and cost-benefit analysis of proposed technology changes.
Review technical infrastructure designs to ensure adherence to standards and recommend performance improvements.
Monitor industry trends to ensure solutions align with government and industry technology directions.
Assist in the setup, implementation, configuration, and design of ServiceNow Secret on-prem and its associated BCM and APM modules.
Recommend, design, and assist in the implementation of cross-domain data interchanges between "ServiceNow SaaS Unclassified" and "ServiceNow Secret on-prem."

Documentation Responsibilities:

Produce documentation needed for security accreditation and functional implementation of ServiceNow on a Secret classified network.
Examples include Business and Security concept of operations (ConOps), data model documentation, CRUD matrices documentation, technical and audit reports, account and data safeguard documentation, system design specification documentation, system implementation plans documentation, standard operating procedures, and functional testing criteria and reports.

Mandatory Qualifications:

5 years of experience within the past 10 years as a technical architect designing, installing, configuring, and supporting an on-prem ServiceNow application platform and its modules (e.g., Application Portfolio Management, Business Continuity Management) in a government or private industry setting with at least 500 users.
5 years of experience within the past 10 years in creating various IM/IT project documentation, including system diagrams, process workflows, concept of operations, system design specifications, system implementation plans, standard operating procedures, statement of requirements, etc., using repositories such as GCDocs, SharePoint, D365, or DevOps.
