We are looking for a full-time Outside Business Development Representative to cover the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas a rea.
We are looking for an individual with basic sales skills and a Hunter mentality as an outside sales development person along with basic use of an I pad. Experience selling, servicing, and merchandising specialty stores is a plus.
You will be responsible to develop and create a territory. The duties require calling on a minimum of 20 opportunities per day with the ultimate goal of opening 10 accounts per week.
Ty pays a salary, plus commission on orders w/unlimited earning potential plus expenses and benefits.

- Prospects and opens new accounts in an assigned geographical area.
- Educates retailers and facilitates adherence to Ty philosophies and policies.
- Visits and develop new accounts in the convenience channel.
- Responsible to establish a territory, duties include driect service of your accounts and daily supervision of your assigned territory.
- Services accounts including but not limited to: presentation of products, order writing, merchandising, inventories, selling corporate programs and follow-up.
- Detailed territory planning and schedulign of appoinments.
- Meets assigned # of prospects seen, 20 per-day, with a goal to open 10 new accounts per week along with sales volume goals and company objectives.
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent.
- Previous outside sales/merchandising experience preferred.
- Must have vehicle, driver's licensea and state mandated vehicle insurance.
- Must be able to travel daily throughout assigned territory.
