Business Development Manager- NHS / Local Authority / Care Sector

Are you looking for a Business Development Manager role where:

*You will be an integral part of driving the business forward and bringing on new customers
*You will be part of a lively and entrepreneurial market leader with a start-up mentality
*You can use your experience of the NHS, local authority and/or the care market to open doors

As a Business Development Manager your responsibilities will include:

*Generating new business and achieving sales targets through the identification and development of new customers within the NHS, local authority and/or the care market
*Build sales pipelines and implement sales activity plans
*Develop and articulate an effective sales proposition
*The negotiations of and closing of the sale
*Creation of a strategic account plan for all of target accounts
*Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer data base

For this Business Development Manager role the following skills and experience are necessary:

*Experience selling into or working in NHS, local authority and/or the care sector
*Contacts within the NHS, local authority and/or the care sector
*Excellent selling skills throughout the entire sales process with particular emphasis on closing the sale
*An excellent presenter who can demonstrate strong negotiation and influencing
*Ability to consult with clients and solve challenges

This is a field/home based role. Salary, as well as car allowance, are negotiable based on experience.
