Your new company
Your new company are leaders in the tax and insurance consultancy industry, providing companies with extensive advice to achieve business goals and overcome challenges. As Business Administration Associate you will join one of their Shared Service Hubs, right here in the Liverpool City Centre.

Your new role
As Business Administration Associate it will be your responsibility to supervise and coordinate a team of Assistants who provide outstanding customer service. You will allocate workloads, review Audit Bank letters and be a point of contact and escalation for your team. It will be your responsibility to compose and edit bank letters, and ensure databases are accurately updated. Additionally, you will ensure all output complies with firm standards and create a positive impression at all touch points.

What you need to succeed
You must have experience managing, training and performance reviewing a team within the same or similar industry. Proficiency on MS Access, Excel and Outlook is paramount; as is having a proactive and energetic approach to you work load. You must be able to lead by example, having excellent time management, attention to detail and be results orientated. To hit the ground running you must be able to work well within a team, and have excellent verbal, written and communication skills.
