***BSL Higher Level Teaching Assistant required for a SEN School in Wandsworth

***BSL Higher Level Teaching Assistant to be competent and qualified up to Level2 BSL minimum

***BSL Higher Level Teaching Assistant required to support students on a 1:1 and in groups with hearing impaired students and work alongside other TAs

***BSL Higher Level Teaching Assistant must have at least 2 years' experience working with young people in a similar setting

***BSL Higher Level Teaching Assistant to start ASAP on a long term contract

The Role - BSL Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Wandsworth

We are looking for an experienced BSL Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join an academically progressive Special Needs School ASAP until the end of the academic year with a possible extension from September 2021. You will have at least 2 years' experience working with students with hearing impaired needs. For BSL Higher Level Teaching Assistant role you will be highly qualified and skilled with BSL and must be trained to Level 2/Level 3. You will be passionate about providing day to day support to the students and hold good interpersonal skills.

The School - BSL Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Wandsworth

This Special Needs School is Located in the London borough of Wandsworth. This is a Secondary SEN School catering to 90 students aged between 10 - 19 who are deaf and/or have speech and language needs. The headteacher and other staff members are highly supportive and work as a team to ensure they provide excellent support to their students every day! The School is based very close to a train station, making it very easily accessible via public transport links.
