Broker Support Executive

Our client is currently recruiting a Broker Support Executive to join the Business Finance team in the Staines office on a permanent basis. Our client is a leading financial services company with over 30 years' experience providing innovative finance solutions that help consumers and businesses to grow and prosper. We currently have over 1,200 employees, providing market leading products and services to over one million customers.

The main objective of the Broker Support Executive is to support your customers and introducers, and to contribute to an excellent working environment by constantly demonstrating the behaviours defined within our values. You will provide and deliver a market leading service to both internal and external customers including Introducers, end users and third parties. You will also handle all queries within defined SLA's whilst focusing on quality and exceeding the expectations of our customers.

The role of the Broker Support Executive will include (but not be limited to);

* Provide full sales and administrative support to customers, introducers, suppliers and colleagues by being the voice of the brand & by acting as a point of contact for your designated Introducers
* To Support the new business pay outs process through the strength of your Introducer and Account Manager relationship and by offering technical advice and solutions to problems to provide a market leading Customer Experience
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and specifically that which relates to Data Protection, Information Security, The Anti-Bribery Act 2016, Money Laundering and Treating the Customer Fairly ('TCF') and attend update training as may be required from time to time
* Carrying out and be fully aware of actions as are required to meet the requirements of the brands Corporate Governance framework including attendance at any relevant management and committee meetings

Requirements to be considered for the Broker Support Executive role;

* Experience of working in a targeted environment with tight deadlines
* Strong interpersonal skills & and exceptional relationship building skills across teams
* Minimum of 6 months experience working in a Service lead environment
* Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
