The Branch Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business growth strategies for this location. Direct business processes to ensure effective sales, inventory and financial metrics as established by management. In addition, he/she will establish and maintain relationships with key commercial customers within his/her respective markets.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible to lead, develop and manage Team Members.
Expand sales in new construction installation and/ or repair and service.
Maintain a high level of customer service resulting in significant market penetration for door and operator products.
Recommend and implement necessary actions to improve revenue generation and profitability within the location.
Maintain sufficient inventory levels to meet existing and potential demand for product.
Work with General Manager and Finance team to understand and manage expenditures in all categories.
Achieve budgeted sales and OI numbers.
Proactively support our safety program and initiatives, comply with all safety policies and procedures and ensure utilization of safe work practices on site, in the warehouse office
Incorporate corporate functions into daily activities to enhance team engagement
Develop and maintain customer/vendor relationships
Performs other duties as assigned.
