You cannot add the same Job Opening to your list of Interests more than one time. Responsible for identifying, evaluating and managing the marketing of a digital insurance company. Designs and oversees implementation of programs and policies to promote our brand, raise the attention of potential customers, leading to premium volume increases and stronger customer retention. The primary functions are: Define the customer acquisition investment level through the annual acquisition budget, based on customer acquisition cost vs estimated customer lifetime value Develop an umbrella creative concept Design seasonality strategy Manage channel mix to optimize performance Develop new incoming channels, with special attention to referrals Develop strategic segmentations and their correspondent creativities and journeys Consider non digital actions/pilots for brand awareness Overall focus is to develop a new brand with the use of targeted online media and leveraging customer reviews. Marketing investment will be performance oriented. Heavy use of data an metrics is expected. * Education: Bachelor's Degree or professional level of knowledge in a specialized field, or equivalent related experience preferred. * Experience: 9 - 11 years or Bachelor's Degree equivalent plus 11 - 13 years. * Knowledge: Extensive level of professional knowledge in field across multiple disciplines and broad business segment. Extensive knowledge of management practices. * Decision Making: Decisions have a significant impact on results for a major portion of a company. Interprets and operationalizes company policies. Determines organizational objectives; sets policy. Responsible for operations of major significance to the organization. Decisions potentially affect financial, employee, or public relations standing of the company or a major business segment. * Problems are abstract and impact multiple functions and portions of the company. * Supervision Received: Work is received in objective-oriented terms, with an emphasis on strategic as well as more near-term priorities. Work is reviewed from a strategic, relatively long-term perspective against major objectives. * Leadership: Manages multiple functions, typically via subordinate managers, or manages an exceptionally high impact function. Develops and communicates function organizational vision. Ensures that overall organizational objectives, budgets, schedules, and performance standards are realistically set and attained. * Problem Solving /Operations/Direct Work Involvement: May have overall responsibility for the operation of a major profit center or segment of the company. Reallocates resources as required to meet goals. * Client Contacts: Represents the organization as prime internal and external contact regarding issues of major importance to the organization. Conducts briefings for both internal and external top management. Develops solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of innovation. Ensures that solutions are effective in meeting organizational objectives, leveraging metrics and data. Questions problem definition to address underlying issues. Extensive level of professional knowledge in field across multiple disciplines and business segments related to financial services. Direct insurance experience is a plus. Demonstrated flexibility and capacity for creative thinking. Possess an entrepreneurial focus and ability to thrive in that type of environment. Possess a strong customer centric focus. Ability to see the big picture and relate areas of focus to the overall corporate goals, both short and long term.
