Job description

Apprentice Resourcer & Administrator.

Due to continued growth, Paul Mitchell Associates are looking to recruit an Apprentice Resourcer & Administrator to join their team on a full time basis.
We are looking for a driven, self motivated and enthusiastic individual who is looking to take their first step in to recruitment. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

The Role

* To work closely with all Consultants, sourcing candidates through various forms of media.
* To understand the requirements of the Consultants and to match candidates to jobs.
* To contact candidates and obtain up to date information.
* Pre-screening of candidates to assess their suitability.
* To arrange interviews for consultants to meet new candidates.
* To review job adverts through various forms of media for suitable candidates to register.
* Assist the administration team with various administration task as required.

The Person

* Must possess a minimum of G.C.S.E Maths and English C+.
* Be articulate and professional.
* Be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
* Strong administration skills.
* Systems knowledge to include Outlook, Word etc.

You will complete an REC accredited Level 2 qualification in Recruitment Resourcing.

Apprenticeship starting wage: £3.70 per hour
