Job description

Our top Candidate should have at least 3 years of commercial/multifamily real estate experience and 5 years of full-time experience in programming (Power BI), financial analyses, business administration, accounting, economics or related fields.


  • Support data gathering and analysis of data as requested by Operations and Property Management
  • Provide input in the analysis, design, enhancement and implementation of business applications to support internal business functions
  • Analyze business processes, identify causes of problems and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Report on portfolio and asset performance relative to budget, proforma and/or industry benchmarks
  • Report on outlying operating results on a timely and proactive basis and bring critical matters to the attention of senior management
  • Provide financial modeling, market research and performance rankings
  • Support Property Management as necessary with preparation of reports, analysis and special projects including preparation of presentations
  • Identify regional, national and market trends
  • Maintain close interaction with various departments and field personnel to gather information
  • Flexibility to handle multiple tasks is critical
  • Requires travel


  • Four year college degree in business required (accounting, finance or real estate preferred)
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI, Excel, Word, Outlook & Power Point
  • Understanding of real estate economics, multifamily operations, investment analysis and market research
  • Ability to follow complex oral and written instruction
  • Experience with Yardi software
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively up, down and across the organization including senior executives
  • Aptitude for creating strong internal relationships among various functional areas such as Portfolio Reporting, Accounting, Research and all operations personnel
  • Strong analytical and quantitative approach to the business of Real Estate
  • Independent thinker with a proactive approach to completing tasks
