We collaborate with our service delivery teams in science, mechanical and electrical engineering, physics, geoscience, to develop innovative drilling tools.Partner with the bestAs an ARMO Engineer, you will create, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing systems, reducing costs while maintaining standards of operations.As an ARMO Engineer you will be responsible for:Collaborating with senior engineers, workshop supervisors to design cost-effective manufacturing layouts and building ergonomics for new and existing product lines.Designing, redesigning, or enhancing work areas and layouts so that awkward or uncomfortable positions, repetitive motions, and inefficient operations are reduced or eliminated.Evaluating current manufacturing practices and identifying those needing improvement.Maintaining knowledge of best practices in manufacturing methods, and trends and developments in technology and equipment; applies this knowledge to maintain the organizations competitive edge.Identifying and assessing various problems and departures from established manufacturing standards and best practices; researches and recommends solutions.Developing and maintaining management information, planning, and control systems to aid in reducing production cost.Enforcing process quality control to reduce waste & implements methods and modifications to reduce production costs.Improving the efficiency of each production process.Performing other duties as assigned.Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Industrial Engineering requiredHave excellent verbal and written communication skillsHave thorough understanding of ergonomics and applicable industry standards.Have Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHave excellent organizational skills and attention to detailBe proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareWork in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
