Job Role: AdministrativeSecretary Job DescriptionWe are looking for Secretary cumAccountant The idealcandidate must be: - Advanced computerskills in MS Office, anddatabase management. - Excellent organizational, problem-solving,project management and communication skills. - Confidant, welldressed, presentable, team player, polite, self-motivated andenergetic.  PlusPoints: - Expertisewith QuickBooks and/or any other equivalentaccounting software. - Extensive knowledgeof UAEVAT.  JobRoles: Answeringcalls, taking messages, and handling correspondences.Maintaining diaries and arrangingappointments. Organizing and servicingmeetings (producing agendas and taking minutes)Maintaining databases, contacting clients and creatingleads. Preparing accounts and taxreturns. Controlling income andexpenditure. Compiling and presenting reports,budgets, business plans, and financial statements.Issuing quotations, LPO's, invoices, andfollowing-up payments.
