Job description

ORourke Hospitality Marketing, LLC, a leading hotel marketing agency based in Newburyport MA, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to manage an array of hotel client marketing projects. The ideal candidate should have extremely strong organizational and communication skills with natural relationship-building abilities - since he/she will be a key liaison between both new and long-standing clients, internal designers/web developers and outside vendors.


Job Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with a proven track record in account management or in an equivalent role, in a creative, digital marketing or advertising agency
  • Manage client accounts, ensuring relationships are solid and exceptional service levels are being met
  • Conduct and run client conference calls to review results, discuss needs and make recommendations
  • Strong digital marketing background, including knowledge of tools like Google Analytics and Google Ads
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field
  • Must be polished, professional, friendly, and have the ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced, high pressure, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to keep deadlines and meet milestones and manage necessary resources
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Experience working in a time tracking environment
  • Great attention to detail and good follow-through
  • Demonstrated capacity to work independently
  • Ability to think proactively, and delivering high quality within tight deadlines
  • Experience with Basecamp is a plus
