**Awesome opportunity for a Financial Analyst for Pharma/Biotech client growing and expanding their accounting/finance staff. Excellent culture, work/life balance and career advancement available.**
**Hybrid work schedule - 3 days in office and 2 days remote.**
**Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecast, perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking, and review and reconcile transactions by cross-referencing related accounting data as related to the business analysis.**
**Creating financial and operational forecasts and models, design and run quarterly and monthly financial reports, and develop complex financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, valuation, planning and forecast.**
**Bachelor s degree in Finance or Accounting**
**4-6 years related experience in General Accounting or financial analyst position**
**Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles are required**
**Proficient with MS Office products Excel and PowerPoint**
**Experience with SAP or similar ERP required**
**Payroll systems Ultipro or ADP a plus**
