PETADATA is looking for Sr. HR Executive (Night Shift) to work from Hyderabad(India) Office and Coordinate with our Global Delivery Centers in the USA and UK(London) Offices.Location: KPHB Colony (Near Forum Mall) Hitech City Road, Hyderabad, INDIAJob Type: Full-Time (Onsite Required) ***No Remote/ *** No Work from Home.Experience: 5+ Years.Woking Hours : (USA Time Zone) Night Shift: (08:00 PM - 05:00 AM IST), 5 Days a week Monday to Friday. (Sat & Sun Off).COVID-19 Precaution(s): Sanitising, Social Distancing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place.Job Description:Plan and develop human resource policies, programs, and practices, and coordinate human resources activities such as organizational development, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, career development/training, employee relations, compensation, benefits that support business goals.A good understanding of the H1B Visa Requirements & process; including the general rules, laws, H1B filings, and prerequisites.Address immigration issues and respond to competency issues, as necessary.Knowledge of onboarding new contract workers on a W2 or Corp-to-Corp basis.Must be able to self-starter and be a part of building IT & Non-IT teams.Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process by identifying candidates, conducting background/reference checks, issuing offer letters, and assisting employees through onboarding tasks.Handle all HR inquiries related to payroll, benefits, policy administration, leaves of absence, and other employee-related needs.Plan and facilitate new hire orientation programs and on-boarding activities to assure a smooth transition to the organization.Manage and administer employee relations, open enrollment, benefits, compensation, and policy and procedures.Coordinating With Di?erent Clients (IT & NON-IT) and Close their Positions Based upon the JD in the Given TAT.Screening the Candidates based on JD and Scheduling Their interviews with the Client based on the HR and Senior Management Availability.Coordinating with Management and getting the Feedback of the candidate attended the Interview and updating the same to the Candidate.Conducting Telephone & Personal Interviews in Coordination with DepartmentsPreparing & Updation of MIS Report on a daily basis.Tracking Attendance, Maintaining Leave records, PF Records, Issue Letters, etc.Roles & Responsibilities:Lead the ongoing development of approaches to address the strategic HR needs across multiple business units.Be a trusted advisor, thoughtful sounding board, and business partner to the division’s senior leaders, functioning as the expert on people and organizational issues.Provide proactive leadership and support the company’s executives on matters of people management to further the implementation of the company’s strategic business goals including succession planning.Set the human resources agenda for the company in coordination with the senior management team.Collaborate with the leadership by developing a keen understanding of the business culture, goals, and strategies.Communicate effectively within the business about new hires.Diagnose, influence, facilitate and implement solutions using a collaborative, consultative approach that results in a positive impact on the culture to enhance and sustain employee engagement.Open Enrollment set-up and approvals, Performance Evaluation set-up and approvals and Reporting; systems training to managers and employees.Manage corporate-wide HR compliance, employee relations guidance to managers and employees.Workforce training program development and delivery: interview training, performance management training.Provide direction and support to the human resources staff in the performance of their duties.Proactively seek continual improvement of the efficiency and the effectiveness of HR team services and provide leadership with human resource solutions and information in order to improve business outcomes.Day-to-day management of recruitment operations with recruiter training, performance evaluation, and consistent achievement of performance goals of individuals and teams to include providing ongoing support, coaching, and development for recruiters in all areas.Manage and strengthen the relationship between the hiring managers and the recruiting team.This role is a combination of HR & Operations, Finance, Marketing to support Global IT and Software development consulting services and solutions to various international clients.Note:The above roles and responsibilities are not limited to this position. And the person in charge of this position is required to take other's roles and responsibilities whenever it's required as per Manager / Management directions within the organization to support global operations & delivery.
